Please complete the physical/student health report form and mail or deliver it to Athletic Director Ed Ploof in the main office no later than one week prior to each season's first day of tryouts  Please direct questions regarding physicals to Ed Ploof at ploofe@bellarmineprep.org.
Summer Assignments
All students have summer reading for English classes and a summer assignment for math. Other advanced and AP courses also have required summer work. Please summer assignments located here.
Bellarmine Reads
The Bellarmine English Department requests that during the summer months our students stay active as readers. In the past, we have asked students to read different books by grade level. In an effort to encourage our whole school community to engage together in the joy of reading, reflection, and discussion, we are now asking all students, grades 9-12, to read one new book each summer. The book title will change from year to year, so students will have the opportunity to read and discuss four different books with the entire school community during their four years at Bellarmine.

More information regarding Bellarmine Reads.
