Bellarmine has chosen MealTime Online as a gateway to your student's MealTime point-of-sale cafeteria account. A MealTime Online account allows you to make a deposit (using a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card) into your student's MealTime point-of-sale account or simply view account activity. Deposits can also be made into the account by cash or check in the Student Accounts Office in Orton Hall.

To purchase food and drinks through the cafeteria, students must use their ASB card.

Any balance owing on a student’s MealTime account at the end of each month will be applied to the student’s tuition account.

School Lunch Menu

Please note that all food purchases must be made on MealTime accounts. Families may either make a deposit into their MealTime accounts, or pay each month as your MealTime balance is billed to your tuition account. Funds can be deposited online using a Visa or MasterCard, or cash or check deposits can be made in the Student Accounts Office in Orton Hall. Bellarmine is not able to make change. Checks should be made payable to Bellarmine. 

To Use MealTime Online:

Make sure you know your student's name as listed in Bellarmine's official student records (i.e., it may be Christopher vs. Chris) and his/her Bellarmine student ID number. The student ID number is a six digit number that begins with the numeral one. You can also find student ID numbers on a variety of official Bellarmine documents including on student ASB cards, official transcripts, progress reports and report cards. Parents can also call the school for their student's student ID number.

Then go to to start the registration process and follow the directions below or online.

Step 1:

Create a MealTime Online User Account.

Click on the "Create new account" link and enter a Username and Password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The Username and Password must both be at least six characters. For example: Username: jsmith. Password: jim1234.

Step 2:

Add Your Student Using His/Her Official Bellarmine Name & Six Digit Student ID Number

Login to your MealTime Online account (using the Username and Password that you created in Step 1), click on the "Add New Student" link, and add your student by entering his or her first name (which must match what is listed in Bellarmine's official student records) and Bellarmine Student ID number.

Step 3:

Make A Deposit.

Click on the "Make Deposit" link to make a deposit into your online account. There is a transaction fee for making deposits. Click on the "View Details" link next to your student's name to view his/her cafeteria account balance and purchase history.

Please Note: Online deposits are processed each night at 2:00 a.m. and will be automatically reflected in your student's account at that time. Deposits made after 2:00 a.m. will be processed the following night at 2:00 a.m. Please note this means that online deposits made after 2:00 a.m. will not be available on that school day and will not be available for students until the following school day.  So if a parent makes an online deposit in the morning before school, the funds will not be available for students until the following school day.

Cash or Check Deposits:
Cash or check deposits can be made into your account on any school day that lunch is served in the Student Center. Deposits for MealTime are accepted in the Student Accounts Office in Orton Hall.
