Code of Ethical Conduct
Bellarmine commits itself to the development and implementation of a preventive educational program regarding the causes, the signs, and the appropriate responses to sexual abuse. A major purpose of the program is to train personnel in prevention, recognition, and reporting of such abuse.
This policy, A Code of Ethical Conduct, derives its authority and grounding from the Oregon Province of the Society of Jesus, the Archdiocese of Seattle, the Bellarmine Employee Handbook, and so includes, but is not limited to the elements outlined in this document.
