Cross Enrollment & College Credit
Bellarmine students are allowed to participate in classes at community colleges, vocational-technical institutes, and other area public schools when classes in particular areas are not available at Bellarmine, or to begin occupational courses before graduation from Bellarmine.
Students wishing to participate in classes at other schools must check with the Academic Vice Principal or the Counseling Department prior to registration and must have these courses recorded on their Bellarmine schedules.
Students may enroll in courses at community colleges for high school or college credit. Courses taken to fulfill high school requirements will be calculated as part of the high school grade point average. Courses taken for college credit do not affect the high school grade point average and will not be added to the Bellarmine transcript.
Courses need to be approved by the Academic Vice Principal prior to registration to assure credit. This includes summer school courses.
