for Junior Parents
Dear Junior Parents:
It has been tradition that junior parents help with some of the festivities for graduation. I need about 15 people to help with the annual senior/parent dinner to be held on Sunday, May 19th. If you are willing to give about 2 to 4 hours of your time on the 19th, please e-mail my assistant, Judy Torgerson at torgersonj@bellarmineprep.org.
Please put Junior Parent in the subject heading of your e-mail (see volunteer options below*).
The dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. and concludes about 7:45 p.m. in the Names Gym. We need assistance in the following four areas:
*Saturday, May 18 (day before dinner)
- Set-up (around 11:00 a.m. for 1 to 2 hours on Saturday, May 18th) -- but please come back for dinner on Sunday if you can)
*Sunday, May 19 (night of the dinner)
- Greet guests from about 5:00-6:00 p.m. (volunteers arrive about 4:50 p.m.)
- Serve from about 5:30 p.m. (volunteers arrive about 5:00 p.m.)
- Clean-up after event (until about 8:00-8:15 p.m.)
Please e-mail your availability to volunteer for one or more of the choices above. We will contact you via e-mail confirming your choice(s).
This is a wonderful event for our graduating seniors and their parents.
