Return/Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Events: Purchase of tickets for events are generally non-refundable. If circumstances force an event to be rescheduled, the original purchase will be applied to the rescheduled event. In the rare instance when extraordinary circumstances cause an event to be canceled and rescheduling is not possible, refunds may be possible. To apply for such refunds, send a written request by mail, fax, or email to the Development Department at Bellarmine Preparatory School.
Explore Exam: Exam fees are non-refundable. The exam is given on three dates, and testers may take the test on another test day if unable to attend the test for which they registered.
Donations: Donations to the school are always voluntary, and circumstances permitting, if a donor requests to withdraw a donation, the request will be honored.
Bellarmine tracks the number and length of visits to each of its web pages as well as other general statistical data. This information is used by the school to improve its website.
When donations or reservations for an event are made, your transaction information (not including credit card information) is saved by Bellarmine in a secured database (behind firewalls). Access to this information is restricted to key personnel in the Development Department. This information is used to fulfill donation requests and to keep you informed of upcoming opportunities to support Bellarmine. This information is not given, shared, or sold to third parties; with the exception of financial service providers contracted to process credit card transactions. If you no longer wish to be contacted by Bellarmine Preparatory School, you may opt out by sending a written request by mail, fax, or email to the Development Department at Bellarmine Preparatory School.
Method of Transaction Security
To protect your privacy and security, all e-commerce orders are processed under 128-bit SSL encryption. Security certificates are validated by either Verisign or one of its subsidiaries (Geotrust or RapidSSL). Pages utilizing this technology will have URLs that start with HTTPS instead of HTTP. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
For e-commerce orders, credit card authorization is obtained through Authorize.Net, a PCI- compliant service provider, and is never stored to a database or physical file. The integrity and security of our e-commerce system is regularly verified by Control Scan. For more information about PCI security standards, see http://www.pcisecuritystandards.org.
All transactions are made using U.S. dollars.
Events: If you purchase tickets to an event, please refer to that event's web page for details on receiving tickets/event admissions.
Explore Exam: When you register online for the exam, you will receive an email confirmation. Once you have registered, your name will appear on a list for the test. No other paperwork is required on test day.
Donations: All donations to Bellarmine Preparatory School are followed by an acknowledgment letter stating your contribution amount and date. This letter can also be used as part of your tax records to verify your donation. You will receive this letter via standard mail through the United States Postal Service. If you do not receive this letter, and need it for your tax records, please contact the Development Department.
