Booster Crab Feed 2013

7pm- Midnight
This year's annual Booster Crab Feed will be held Saturday, April 20, and feature succulent crab and side dishes, refreshments and dancing with the proceeds supporting Bellarmine athletics. “Baking With Julia” will once again entertain us for the evening. There will also be a raffle and dessert auction at this year's event.
Tickets Open to the Public
Tickets for the Crab Feed are $60 per person and are available on a first come, first served basis by calling 253-620-4385. If you have a group that would like to sit together, it is best to book your tickets at the same time. We will do our best to accommodate you.
For Table Captains Only
Table Captains should have received information in early February about Crab Feed. Reservations. Reservations and payment were to be sent to Tricia Jensen no later than March 4. Table Captains should send the checks, payable to Bellarmine Boosters, to Tricia Jensen, 1212 S Sunset Dr. Tacoma, WA 98465. If you did not receive your information, please contact Tricia at holycrabfeed@gmail.com.
VIP Service
Thank you to Dr. Gregory J. Plancich, DDS, Lisa & Richard Lawerence, Poulsbo RV, Sound Turf & Hydroseed, and A+ Auto Licensing, Inc. for being VIP Sponsors this year and last year. VIP Service at the Crab Feed includes a table for up to 24 people complete with wait staff to serve your table, special serve ware, premium wine, acknowledgement in our program, and advertising banner at the event. If interested, please contact Tricia Jensen at holycrabfeed@gmail.com. A limited number of VIP’s are available. VIP Sponsors must be in place by March 4.

We are looking for Crab Feed sponsors. For $250, Crab Feed sponsors will have their logos/ads displayed on the tables and on multiple banners at the event along with acknowledgements on the Bellarmine website. Sponsors will also be acknowledged in a letter sent to everyone who purchases Crab Feed tickets. Please send an email to holycrabfeed@gmail.com for more information.

Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets will also be on sale and available through your Table Captains and the Boosters. This year promises to have several outstanding raffle prizes. Please note you do not have to be present to win. Tickets are $5 each and can be ordered when you call for your reservations. If you know someone who would like to donate an item for the raffle, please contact Ellen McVicker at ejmcvicker@comcast.net . We welcome and appreciate all donations!
Crab Feed Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help with the Crab Feed. Please contact Tricia Jensen at holycrabfeed@gmail.com or Ellen McVicker at ejmcvicker@comcast.net if you can help set up on Friday, April 19, during the event or after the event. Adult volunteers (21 & over) are needed to work during the event and will receive a free entry to the Crab Feed. Volunteers are also needed for Sunday morning clean up from 9am-noon.
