School Delays & Closures/Inclement Weather

The principal or designee will announce school delays and closures by 5:45 a.m. at the latest. An announcement of a late start means school will start either at 9:00 a.m. or at 10:00 a.m. If conditions worsen or predictions are poor, students and parents should listen again by 7:30 a.m. before leaving home to see if any school delay has been changed to “cancelled.”

See the Daily School Schedule (located in the Student Handbook) for the two different schedules for either a 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. late start.

Information will be on the website with postings updated as changes occur. The school office phones may not be answered as they normally would, so the website and radio/TV stations are the best way to access information. The school will send updates through SchoolReach to families and employees.

Returning to School

Please check the Bellarmine website for the return to school schedule.

Students are responsible for assignments, etc. and are encouraged to follow class syllabuses and Moodle protocol.

Click here for detailed information on "Snow Protocol."

Website announcements will advise all as to athletics, activities and meeting schedules or postponements.

If the school is delayed due to poor road conditions, morning transportation will be canceled. We will communicate this information via our announcements.
