Math Placement Exam
We are so excited to welcome our Class of 2028!
It is time for all incoming 9th grade students to register for the math placement exam. Our main goal is to place you into mathematics and science classes with the appropriate level of challenge, and that will set you up for success for your four years at Bellarmine and beyond. Strong algebraic skills are critical for progressing into higher level math and science courses.
All 9th graders will take the Bellarmine Math Placement Exam, regardless of current math class. Your student will be assigned to a test based on the level of their current math class and their teacher's recommendation from their application to Bellarmine. Our goal is to assess skills within the appropriate level of challenge for your student based on their previous math experience and ensure they are placed in a math class that will set them up for long term success in high school and beyond.
The test is on campus on both Friday, May 17th and Monday, May 20th. Parents should register students for their preferred test date. Please select a link below to register:

Parents will need to be logged into myBellarmine to access the form. Students should register for the preferred test day and meet in the Campus Center promptly at 3 p.m. to be checked in and escorted to a math classroom. The test can be taken from any computer or tablet, so please bring the device on which you feel most comfortable. Bellarmine has a limited number of devices we can loan students who have this need.
The test can be accessed through the Aleks website (https://www.aleks.com/) and a teacher will be proctoring the test and assisting with logging into the program.
