The National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition

Ceramic artwork created by Rydar Jennings B'24 and Simon Zapf B'25 were each selected to be part of The National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition that showcases the best work in the country.
This exhibition took place during the annual ceramic convention called NCECA (National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts) in March. Simon Zapf’s piece titled ‘Parade’ won the Marilu Tejero Award worth $100 and the Studio Potter Subscription Award worth $35. This is a remarkable achievement for these two young artists and a proud moment for the Art Department here at Bellarmine. If you get a chance, please congratulate them on their accomplishments and consider supporting them at the Student Art Show in May.
