Brandon Maul B'03
Coach Brandon Maul was a standout three-sport athlete at Bellarmine Prep, excelling in football, basketball, and track. He played as a wide receiver and defensive back, earning all-league honors at defensive back and participating in the East-West All-Star Game in 2003. Maul continued his football career at Santa Barbara City College and later at Central Washington University, where he played as a defensive back. He began his coaching career at Bellarmine Prep, contributing to the coaching staff of the semifinal team in 2012. From 2012 to 2022, Maul taught and coached at O'Dea High School, where he served as an assistant coach on the state championship team in 2017. He has coached the Little Lions for the past four seasons and currently serves on the board as the equipment manager. Coach Maul is currently teaching physical education at Lowell Elementary in Tacoma. He and his wife, Chelsey B'03, have two children: Boede B'29 and Avery, who is a 6th grader at Hunt. Maul looks forward to sharing his love and passion for the game and is committed to the growth of the Bellarmine athletes on and off the field.
