What is Simbang Gabi? Simbang Gabi (“Night Mass”) is a beloved Filipino Catholic tradition dating back to the 16th century. Celebrated over nine consecutive Advent nights, it is a joyful novena honoring Mary and welcoming the coming of Christ.
