The Bellarmine Gala is the school's largest fundraising event each year. All proceeds support the school’s Tuition Assistance Program, which this school year provided $3.1 million in aid to 45% of our students. VOLUNTEER: Volunteers play a vital role in this event, and we couldn’t do it without them. We are still looking for volunteers to help with the following: • Table setup - Thursday, February 26, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (dinner provided) • Auction helpers the night of the event -Saturday, February 28, from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm (dinner provided) • Bank/Check-In/Check-Out - Saturday, February 28, from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm (dinner provided) • Cleanup Sunday - March 1, from 9 am to 1 pm
