From the Lion: Bellarmine Pilots an IDEA Internship Program

In fall 2024, Bellarmine launched the IDEA (Ignatian Discernment Experience in Action) Internship Program, giving students real-world experience in fields like medicine, law, and engineering.
Led by Counselor Rachel Ford, the program encourages career exploration and vocational reflection rooted in Jesuit values. Students began internships in May and shared takeaways in June.
