Nathalie Ojeda

Nathalie Ojeda is a 2012 graduate of Bellarmine. She is a community-centered sports professional with over a decade of experience in professional sports, fan engagement, and equitable access to play. As Programs Manager for RAVE Foundation—the charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC—she leads youth programming across Washington state, using soccer as a vehicle to inspire, empower, and remove barriers to participation.

Nathalie’s career spans roles with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Raceway, WM Phoenix Open, and the College Football Playoff. Prior to her current position, she was part of Sounders FC’s ticketing and engagement team, where she supported key milestones including the 2019 MLS Cup, the 2022 CONCACAF Champions League title, and the club’s historic appearance in the FIFA Club World Cup.

Nathalie holds a B.S. in Sports Management and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, with graduate certifications in Athletic Administration and Human Resource Management. She completed McKinsey & Company’s Management Accelerator and is a 2025 Pro Sports Assembly Inclusive Leadership fellow. In 2023, she was honored by her alma mater, Grand Canyon University, “30 Under 30” list in recognition of her inclusive leadership, impact within the sports industry, and community-driven approach to delivering free soccer programming across Washington state.

She was also the recipient of the 2012 Bellarmine Diversity Award, and has served on the Bellarmine Alumni Committee since 2021 and became chair in 2024.
