Boys Golf Head Coach

Steve George B’85 serves as the Head Coach of the Bellarmine Boys Golf program and Assistant Coach for Varsity Girls Basketball. With more than 34 years of coaching experience, he has built a legacy of excellence, leading teams to 11 state championships in golf, including 10 as a coach and one as a student athlete.

A graduate of Oregon State University, Coach George is known for emphasizing confidence, character, and sportsmanship in his athletes. His coaching philosophy centers on the belief that success comes from both strong performance and carrying oneself with class.

A proud Bellarmine alumnus, Coach George remains deeply connected to the school community. He and his wife Wendy are the parents of three Bellarmine graduates: Madeleine B’12, Tessa B’16, and Emma B’22.
