Meet Coach Hall

Connor Hall- Boys Lacrosse Head Coach

Connor Hall serves as Bellarmine Preparatory School’s Head Boys Lacrosse Coach and brings a strong commitment to player development and program building. He is in his third year leading the Lions, following one year as the team’s offensive coordinator and one year as head coach at Orting High School.

Coach Hall’s philosophy is player centered and development driven. He prioritizes simple, adaptable systems that emphasize decision making under pressure and the daily habits that shape accountable teammates and resilient competitors. His goal is to build a disciplined program where athletes grow as competitors, teammates, and young men while representing Bellarmine with consistency and purpose.

Under his leadership, the program focuses on developing habits of accountability, resilience, and teamwork. These are skills that extend beyond lacrosse and positively impact academics, relationships, and life after high school.

A South Sound native, Coach Hall grew up playing locally before transitioning into coaching, which keeps him closely connected to the area’s lacrosse community. Outside of lacrosse, he enjoys strength training, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
