Chris Kradjan

Chris Kradjan currently serves as the National Practice Leader for Cyber & IT Risk Services at Baker Tilly, where he delivers integrated cybersecurity and compliance services to complex technology organizations, including fpr private, private equity and portfolio companies. He is the founding leader of the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) practice and has been providing SOC, cybersecurity, and IT audit services since 1994.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University and holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Chris spent nearly three decades at Moss Adams, where he served as Managing Partner of the Risk Advisory and Compliance group and was a member of the Executive Committee. His work there included leading the firm’s national SOC practice and advising clients on cyber, risk and IT compliance strategies across a variety of industries.
Chris has held numerous national leadership roles within the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also sits on advisory boards for leading AI And governance risk management technology providers, including Drata, Vanta, and Fieldguide.
In addition to his professional achievements, Chris is deeply involved in his community and Catholic faith. He is an active member of St. Patrick Parish, currently serving on the Finance Council. His previous volunteer leadership includes the Chair of both the St. Patrick School Commission and Finance Committee, and Treasurer for Cub Scouts Troop #299.
Chris and his wife are proud Bellarmine parents to a current student in the Class of 2026 and a recent graduate (B’23).
