Coach Goodsell has been coaching high school and youth sports for 22 years. This is his second tour on the coaching staff at Bellarmine. Coach Goodsell last coached at Bellarmine in the 2012 season where the Lions played for the State Championship. He grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico and played Strong Safety in football and was a 300 hurdler and captain of his track team. Coach Goodsell attended Pacific Lutheran University and played football for the Lutes as an Outside Linebacker. In 1999, he was a member of the NCAA Division III National Championship football team. Coach Goodsell graduated in 1999 and is currently working as an Industrial Real Estate Developer for Panattoni Development in Tacoma. Fun fact, Coach Goodsell and his wife Kelly have a son currently playing for Lion Pride football (Hunter B’26).
