Update on the Search for Bellarmine’s Next Principal

Dear Bellarmine Preparatory School Community,

I write to share an update on our search for the next principal of Bellarmine Preparatory School. This is an important moment in the life of our school, and I want to assure you that the process is being conducted with great care, professionalism and prayerful discernment.

To help us attract the most talented candidates from across the country, we have engaged the services of Partners in Mission Search Solutions, a nationally recognized consulting firm dedicated exclusively to Catholic school leadership, advancement and enrollment management. Kyle Pietrantonio, Senior Partner, will serve as our lead consultant, with support from Madeline Conover, Associate. Together, they will guide us through a comprehensive and mission-driven search process.

The voices and perspectives of our community are essential in shaping the vision, priorities and leadership qualities for Bellarmine’s next principal. We invite members of our community to share their input by completing a brief survey. Your feedback will play a vital role in guiding this important process. Please take a few moments to complete the survey by Wednesday, October 1. 

As the search unfolds, Partners in Mission will draw upon their wide national network of Catholic educational leaders while also keeping a special focus on candidates who understand our Jesuit charism and competitive context. The goal is to name our next principal by early 2026. The selected candidate will begin his or her leadership with us in the summer of 2026.
